Phase I: State-of-the-art Software

In March 2007 we successfully installed software specific to our IT business.  This new system allows us to increase efficiency in tracking service tickets resulting in a higher level of service.
  
Phase II: Service Enhancements
 
In June 2007 the following service enhancements are underway.

Asset Tagging - a unique tag will be attached to each clients' computer, server and router/firewall. This will allow us to simplify the communication process and manage assets more efficiently.

Remote Monitoring and Management Software (RMM) - this comprehensive software suite provides real-time abilities to proactively manage your network resources, reducing downtime and increasing productivity.

Spotlight on Success!

Vancouver Canadians Baseball

The Vancouver Canadians  are the Single "A" Affiliate of the Oakland Athletics. They play in the Northwest League with seven other teams during the summer months each year. The team has a schedule of 76 games (38 home 38 away) and the season starts in mid June each year. The team plays those 76 games in 79 days from stadium to stadium. It is a busy schedule requiring dedication from the players and management.

Delany Dunn, Vice President, manages the daily operations of the team, including fan experience. One of the biggest challenges for the organization was managing the communications infrastructure effectively.
