IT Business Development Representative
Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Staff. Candidate should have a great personality and enjoy working in a team environment. This is a full-time, permanent position with an excellent benefits package and room for growth.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with prospects to develop a deep understanding of their needs and translate those needs into product requirements that satisfy their demands.
- Conduct presentations that highlight the services and products of the company to prospects.
- Work with management to develop proposals.
- Effectively communicate features and benefits of solutions and manage prospect expectations.
- Manage the complexity of Managed IT services proposals, contracts, lease agreements, and service level agreements.
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge of the service offerings of the company.
- Perform sales procedures through activities and opportunities and remain compliant with defined policies and procedures.
- Attend weekly sales meetings and ensure sales opportunities are compliant with company policy.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the service catalog and how it relates to customers’ needs.
- Document internal processes and procedures (CRM data entry) .
- Responsible for entering time and expenses as they occur.
- Understand processes by completing assigned training materials.
- This position will require frequent local travel.
Required Skills:
- 3-5 years: Outside sales experience with selling relevant services and products.
- 1-2 years: B2B sales experience in the SMB and SME marketplace – preferred.
- A winner’s attitude with a proven record of accomplishment of past performance, successes, and achievements

Duties and Responsibilities:
– Safeguard information system assets by identifying and solving potential and actual security problems.
– Develop firewalls and other security measures to safeguard systems.
– Make recommendations regarding software and hardware that can strengthen information storage and security records.
– Stay up to date on the newest viruses and malware being used by cybercriminals.
– Aid in developing and implementing best practices that employees can follow to reduce the risk of data theft.
– Install and maintain antivirus software and systems.
– Respond to data threats to limit data loss and retake control of the system.
– Write reports outlining the finding of diagnostic tests and explaining the events of cyber-attacks when they occur.
– Protects the system by defining access privileges, control structures, and resources.
– Recognizes problems by identifying abnormalities, and reporting violations.
– Implements security improvements by assessing the current situation; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements.
– Determines security violations and inefficiencies by conducting periodic audits.
– Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
– Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Required Skills:
– Demonstrated track record of success and client cybersecurity consulting relationships in a professional services organization, and/or track record in significantly maturing or transforming an organization’s cybersecurity maturity.
– Practical experience leading maturity assessments, risk assessments, and testing of controls.
– Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, communication, and presentation skills.
– Knowledge and 2-5 years of hands-on experience with key components of cybersecurity consulting incl.:
Cyber assessments and road mapping, Network & infrastructure security, Cyber transformation, Threat Detection, Incident Response, Vulnerability Management, Risk and compliance, Data protection, Security awareness, Cloud Security
– Demonstrated project leadership abilities.
– Possession of relevant cybersecurity certifications
– Undergraduate or master’s degree preferably in one of the following areas: Information Security, Business Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, and/or other related majors
