Think your SME is at a lower risk for hacking? Think again.
Recent data shows nearly 50% of all businesses are hit by ransomware, with SMEs at higher risk because their security is often easier to get through than larger companies, according to Webroot. And every year, 50% of all internet users will fall for a phishing attack, putting your employees at risk.
Join us at our next TechBoost Workshop with Tim Sheahen, Webroot’s Senior Channel Manager for North America, who will be providing practical advice including a take-home report on cyber security best practices and what you can do to protect your company, your employees and your information. A complimentary breakfast will be provided and there’s no cost to you.
Tim Sheahen, Senior Channel Manager for North America, Webroot
Tim has been in the technology sales/consulting field for over 20 years with a specific focus on security for nearly the same amount of time. His initial focus was on enterprise perimeter security solutions and was able to bring that experience as the Business Development Director for a Managed Service Provider (MSP) based in Colorado. As the malware threat landscape began to evolve so did his focus. Tim began to work for Webroot in 2004 as spyware became the biggest emerging threat. The risks to the endpoint began to morph over the past 10 years and Webroot adapted to stay ahead of the curve. Now that the IT industry is shifting gears once again towards a managed service model, Tim now specifically focuses on the success of Webroot’s Managed Service Provider partners.
